3) Personal Shopping for furnishings, artwork, decorative pieces, shower curtains, rugs etc. to set a scene that suggests "fresh and new" 
4) Furnishing areas of vacant homes to create a sense of welcome which speaks directly to buyers and enables them to see the home's potential
5) Layout design of furnishings for the new home​
